The membership
Is this timeshare?
No. You don't buy or own anything. You pay a fixed monthly amount for five holiday weeks over five years. There are no levies and nothing to resell.
Who is it for?
Families who want a beach holiday every year without finding a big lump sum, especially parents of young children. There are two packages: pensioners and families of four, and families of up to six.
What happens after five years?
Your membership ends once you've had your five holidays and made your 60 payments. Members will be welcome to join again.
Payments
How do I pay?
Your first payment is made by EFT with your own payment reference. After that, the same amount is collected each month by debit order.
Is there interest, or will the amount go up?
No interest is charged, and your monthly amount stays the same for all 60 months.
Are there any extra costs?
No. The monthly amount covers your five holiday weeks, with no additional accommodation or membership fees.
What if we stop paying?
The membership agreement explains exactly what happens if payments stop, so both your family and the company are protected. Read the agreement.
Booking your holiday
When can we take our first holiday?
As soon as your membership is signed, subject to availability.
How far ahead can we book?
All members share the same advance-booking window, so popular weeks are shared fairly. The window is set out in the agreement.
Can we choose school holidays?
Yes, subject to availability. Book early for school holidays. The festive season is excluded.
Why Friday to Friday?
Every holiday runs from a Friday to the following Friday, which keeps changeovers simple and gives you two weekends at the beach.
What if we can't go one year?
You can carry one unused holiday into another year of your membership, subject to availability.
How do the bonus nights work?
The first 50 members receive 3 complimentary nights, to use in the year they join or the following year, subject to availability and with no extra accommodation charge.
