What we collect

• Membership details: package, family size, holiday bookings.
• Payment records needed to run your membership and debit order.
• Basic, anonymous website statistics.

Why we use it

• To answer your questions and process your application.
• To run your membership, payments and bookings.
• To send you membership news, only if you agree.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the membership (for example, the debit-order provider and our booking system), and only as needed. We never sell your information.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by emailing info@cabanamio.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Keeping it safe

Your information is stored securely and kept only for as long as needed for your membership and legal records.
